What software to restore a True Image 6 image ?

Hello,

I have to restore a .tib image done with Acronis True Image 6 under
Windows 98. It's an image coming from an old dead PC : so, impossible to
redo any other kind of image.

However, this image contains somes important piece of data and
application for me.

So, what should I use to restore this image ? Does it exists some
compatibility from version to version ? Does an Acronis 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
or 2009 will be able to restore an image created with the 6 version ?

EDIT : or, maybe, something to convert the .tib file toward another
format...

They should all be able to restore this image...

Not many people would have an TI6 image to play with TI[789]...
You might be able to explore this TI6 images with TI[789]...

Alternatively, try VMWare converter. Feed it with your TI6 image.
If you are lucky enough, you might be able to bring alive your
Win98 on VMWare as guest, sitting on a VMWare host like XP.
