What should be a reason of NV Firewall fatal error

Does somebody have the same problem as me.
While nv firewall is running and I downloading a lot using bitcomet an error
uccurs blue screen an it's writen NVTCP.dll error

The Nvidia Firewall has problems and corrupts downloaded data.

Try the suggested fix in that thread on pcper:

This is a known issue, the fix is to set the ActiveArmor default to
"notoffloadable" rather than "offloadable"
