What program is accessing my disk?

Is there any way to determine which program is accessing my disk? I
sometimes get a lot of unexplained disk activity and I reboot
immediately, thinking maybe it's some virus deleting files or
something. And it's probably Windows swap file being accessed or
something. How can I make sure, is there a program or whatever that can
tell me what's accessing my disk so I can kill the process and watch it
decompose in the sun!!!

Actually filemon.exe (also from sysinternals) is probably a better tool to
look at first
