what is wowfax.exe?

and why is it sucking up 8mb of memory on my system? I
can't find any reference to this program on the -oh-so-
helpful ms knowledgebase save a reference to the sasser
worm (where the phrase does not appear). is this a system
component of windows? am I infected with the sasser worm?

Wowfax.dll & wowfaxui.dll are legitimate XP modules,
cannot find ANY information about wowfax.exe anywhere . . .
