What is this? "The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instructio

I get the following error when I try to open a recently downloaded MP3 file
from Amazon.com.
"16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem C:\DOCUME1\Family\Desktop\hurl.exe The NTVDM
CPU has encountered an illegal instruction. CS:0560 IP:0175 OP:c4 f6 06a9 02
Choose 'Close' to terminate the application."

Brand new computer running XP Home. Norton, Spysweeper, Spybot, Adware
installed and running. No other problems except this. Worm? Spyware?

Take a look here. NTVDM refers to NTVirtualDosMachine Getting rid of the
hurl.exe file should stop the error message.
