What is the .exe filename of System Restore?

I did Windows Update and my system is blank now. I've tried re-starting many
times to no avail. I want to run system restore through the Task Manager.
Thus, can anyone tell me what is the .exe filename of system restore and the
path of the program? Thank you.

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

Or usually C:\Windows\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

I'm guessing here of course but if you are running Norton anti-virus/
firewall I would loose them. I had a similar problem when trying to do
a system restore after my system got messed up and it wouldn't let me
no matter what I did. The problem ended up being Norton. It's a
resource hog and causes nothing but problems. I suggest the following:

AVG- this is for antivirus - http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 ( click on
the free basic protection download and follow instructions) go slowly
and you shouldn't have any problems

Comodo - this is for your firewall- http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/
(click the download now button for Comodo free firewall(center area)
and follow instructions.

Spybot - this for anti spyware - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html
(click on download) and follow instructions

A-squared - this is for anti-malware remover - http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
(clcik on download, then click on A-squared 3.0 and follow
instructions)

Best of they are all free!
