what is security certificate

When I run macro at that time an error displays on screen that macros are
disable because the security level is too high.so i check the security
setting and change it to LOW but still it does not work please help.Also
please tell me about digitally certificate .

You can digitally sign macros, to allow them to work, even if the security
level is set to High.

To do this, in Explorer, find Selfcert.exe in your Microsoft Office\Office
10 or \Office11 directory. Double click and follow the prompt to create your
signature.

Now open your Excel sheet, go to VBA (<Ctrl><F11>), and click on Tools
Digital Signature. Choose the signature you have just created, save your
Excel sheet, close and reopen. It should then work.
