What is pvw12.htm?

I have a link that suddenly stopped working. When I preview the page, I get
the following error:

file:///C:/Users/Kathy/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/Temporary%20Internet%20Files/FrontPageTempDir/pvw12.htm

Does anyone know what this file is?
