What is causing this menu box? Alert - "Runtime Error!"

Good day. It is now a few times when I am starting up WinXP Pro that I
receive a menu box on my desktop saying: Alert - "Runtime Error!" "A
Runtime error has occurred". Line: 39, Error: object expected. Do you wish
to debug?

Up to now I said "no" as I am not sure what to do? Is it caused by a
virus/worm/trojan? I am always running my anti-virus and it don't show any
viruses, worms or trojans.

Also, some programs, mostly 3D graphics programs and Zuma game shuts down by
itself while in use for no reason. I am not sure if it's the graphics card
which is faulty. It is an 128mb Radeon 9200SE.

I am not clued up with computer-related problems! Any help would be
appreciated.

A runtime error is usually due to poor programming, NOT the OS.
Unless you are a programmer, MDM.EXE (machine debug manager) doesn't need to
be running on your system anyway.
What program is the runtime error occuring in?

Thanks for your reply --- no, I am not a programmer at all! I will rather
stick to my graphics, before fiddling around with hardware and the like. But
when I see all these strange menu boxes it sometimes makes me a bit worried.
Thanks, anyway.
