http://wxpsp2.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/isapi/pstream3.dll/wxp/WindowsXP-SP2-x86fre-GER-2055.psf

this file should contain the beta of WindowsXP servicepack2. i have
downloaded this file ... and now?
i do not know that file extension (*.psf what is it)???

somewhere in the internet i have seen that i can it burn as an *.iso to a CD-ROM but it does not work...

can anyone help me...

Windows XP SP2 is not public yet.
If you require the beta you need to have joined the technical beta program
or be a MSDN subscriber.
The file you have located is not the SP2 Beta.
Please do not attempt to download files you are not authorised to access.

If you have an MSDN subscription that includes the Operating System
platforms you can download it from the MSDN download site using your
registered credentials.
