what file are my MS Oulook Contacts located?

I loose my contacts when I hotsync to my pocket pc.
It would be easier to recover if I knew what disk file the "Contacts" are
located.

Just to add a bit to Russ's excellent links, you may want to look at the
settings you have for your hotsync. It sounds like a bit a tweaking
could be in order so that you do not lose information each time.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

Agreed. I just wanted the user to get a good back up of their data STAT
before they trash it again with a misconfigured synchronization.
