What does this warning mean?

A provider, HiPerfCooker_v1, has been registered in the WMI namespace,
Root\WMI, to use the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged and
the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly
impersonate user requests.

Is this something I should be worried about?

Thanks In Advance

I do not understand all that technical stuff. I just need to know of this is
something wrong and if I should be worried about it? I need to know how to
get rid of it, in simple layman's terms, if it is something to worry about.
