What does audiosrv.exe do?

My Norton Anti-virus has quarantined this program as being infected with the Download.Trojan virus.

Is this program vital? Can I delete it without probably encountering any problems? If not, do you know where I could download a clean replacement?

Delete that file from quarantine.....it is a virus file!

Audiosrv is a service and audiosrv.dll is a good file but the file you have
is clearly just malware and should be safe to delete permanently from your
system. If you ran the file before it was detected you may want to do a full
system scan and get a good spyware program to accompany your AV.
