What Causes Disk or Network Error ????

Hi All,

Access 2002, WinXP Pro desktop, Win2k Server

I have several forms in one database. The tables are
located in another and are linked to the forms database.
I have user-level security enabled for my workgroup and
have 30 users.

My question is; what could be the cause(s) of this error
message?

"Disk or Network error"

Many of my users get this often and as of yet I'm not
sure what causes it or what can be done about it. Sorry
for not being specific enough, but if more info is needed
please repond back and let me know.

Thanks,
Damon

This could be the result of a serious bug in Access: see

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=304548

to see if it applies in your case. Note that all users should be at
the *same* level of Office service packs (the latest level, that is to
say!)
