What are format settings to send an email exactly as composed?

I'd like to send emails exactly as composed, with embedded pictures and
links, within the text. I use a .gif next to my signature, but after it's
sent, the gif is moved to the address bar at the top. I never had this
problem until I recently did a reformat.

Apparently you are not embedding your images, but sending them as
attachments. Are you using Insert>Picture?

Additionally, what message format are you using?

Hi Brian- thanks for replying. Yes, I am using insert>picture. I send
myself the email, and when I check it under "sent items" it, of course, looks
exactly like the email that I composed. But when I view the same email in my
inbox (that I sent to myself), the pictures and stuff are attchments in the
"subject" box at the top. Maybe it's my "reading" settings that need to be
adjusted??? What should they be? THanKS!

Hi Milly- As I stated above (or maybe below)- I think perhaps my prob lies
in my inbox "viewing" settings, as my emails look just like the originals
that I sent out in my "sent items" file. But to answer your question, I have
it on "html" vs "Rich" or "Plain" text. Is this what you're asking? THanKS!

Hmm. Are you using Word as your mail editor? See if something here helps:
