What about error message 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients?

I have been using Outlook 2002 for some time for my Email, and often send BCC
messages with groups of 10-20 recipients. I've done this for some time with
no problem, but now my group messages are bouncing back with an Error message
"452 4.5.3 Too many recipients" from System Administrator. I am not on a
network, connecting to the Internet with a regular dial-up connection. Some
have suggested a problem with Microsoft Exchange, but I don't use Exchange!

Check with your ISP to see what the maximum number of recipients can be
(includes both direct, CCd, and BCCd recipients.) Several ISP limit this
number to avoid spam.
