wextract.exe permission

Hi,
Is there a way I can change the permission to wextract.exe? I am logged in
as an admin to my machine, and been trying to make myself as the owner of
this file, but I keep getting the "access deny" error... Is this file
"off-limit"? Thanks in advance for any help provided!

UPDATE:
For whatever reason, after I reboot the computer, I am now able to access
the file (still logged in as admin)... So the problem seemed to have solved
itself....

By the way, I forgot to mention, wextract.exe was detected as infected by
Backdoor.Bifrose.ADR by BitDefender before the permission problem, and when I
tried to change the ownership of the file, Vista listed the current owner
being "unavailable" (vs. now the current owner is "TrustedInstaller")
