Were is PROPLUS.MSI

I need to reinstall this "PROPLUS.MSI" but I can't find
were this is located. Any help out there. I'm running
winxp Pro w/3.06cpu w/250 gig drive

It's not part of WindowsXP, it's part of Microsoft Office... insert your
Microsoft Office CD.
