Welcome page doesn't play short video when page opened

Hi there... I've constructed my site, add a "Welcome" page (as my Index) and
on this page is a 60 second wmv file that I've inserted that has my company
logo. When I preview the Welcome page in my browser, the video won't play
unless I 'allow blocked content'. By the time I click that and then the
following warning popup, all the other marquee animations have completed
their cycle and have stopped. They're all (video & marquees) supposed to
start and stop together... how do I get around this? Should I be using a
different video format?

Any suggestions would help... this is the final issue with my site and can
publish it after this gets sorted out.

I haven't 'officialy' published it yet... only way I've viewed it so far is
when I click on File, Preview in Browser.

Local active content is blocked by default in IE6+.
Depending on the method of insertion of the video you may
have issues with IE on the live URL.
For the local content issue, you can try to insert a generic
'mark of the web' to take care of this:
