this happen after some message pop up asking me if i wanna update the
software(I forgot what software the message asked about). I click no.
Then my dell desktop started acting weird. The computer is getting
slower and slower and when i check the task manager. the cpu usage
stay below 10%. So it's not the cpu problem. Then I couldn't open
anything on my desktop or the start menu. I double click on the icons.
Noting happen. so i have no choice but to restart the computer. After
the computer reboot, everything was back to normal. I was thinking
thank god nothing happen. Then after few minutes, It start again. I
couldn't open anything. not even the run command. I have to do clt+alt
del to get the task manager back on. But i couldnt find anything in
it. So anyone knows anything about this problem please help. Thank you.

Regarding pop-ups, No does not mean No. Clicking on it probably set you up
for whatever it was designet to do. There is a variety of utilities that can
remove the item. In the future, if the pop-up has a cooresponding button in
the Task bar, right click on that and select close form there. You may need
to clean it fro safe mode.
