Weird thing, SP2

I slipstreamed SP2 and have installed to a partition for try out. One thing
I notice, The screen that used to say "XP Home Edition" and displayed a
green bar in motion has changed. The words "Home Edition" are missing and a
blue bar is in motion, just curious if there is a reason.

Just like Professional is missing from Windows XP Professional. It is a
bisexual service pack, so there is no specific designation, I guess.

Trickery and mirrors! You really didn't install SP-2 but instead
downloaded and installed a massive hi-jacking program that stole away
your version of XP and left you with a neutered operating system.

Only joking of course.... It's designed that way, no PRO or HOME
distinction on the Logo screen. Another innovation from the folks at
Redmond.

They have given up making a distinction. It was getting too confusing,
what with Tablet and MCE versions too.
