I may ask for help. I installed the Printer (Konica 1350) and try printing
the documents. However, pc usually show the "print to file". I cancel it but
I can't print. I click the button" save" and try to print again. It doesn't
work, too. Please help me.Thanks

Every Vista installation includes a "print to file" style "printer" that's a
competing standard to Adobe's PDF format.

Sounds like your default printer is set to this. In your Printer control
panel, right click and select your Konica 1350 as "set to default" and you
should be fine.

Hope that helps,
Michael

Did you set the port settings of the printer to print to USB.
It is possible that when you install the printer it is set to print to
file by default.

Right click on the printer -> select propperties -> choose the port
tab -> check the port settings.
