Website in multiple Languages

Needing suggestion for a web page that is supposed to display charachters in
Spanish. Another is to dispaly in Hungarian charachters. I copied/pasted
the translation from translators but when uploaded to the net, some
charachters do not display correctly. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks
