website blocked

some has blocked few sites in my pc. whenever i try to open these
sites it says it is blocked by admninistrator on task bar abutton
appears and which says orkut blocked and and icon precedingthat text
has sea geen backcolor and 'H' ibold nand white color. it is my
standalone comp and no one use it except my cousin used it once he
visited mypace ad he says he hasnt done it. well what i tried is in
interent option in IE6 there is no restricted site even if tried to
add one it still opens it. i tries using msconfig to find and TSR but
was not helpful. now please tell me I ave complete admin right on this
comp. thanks in advance of quick help

You seem to be posting from one of those countries which doesn't allow you
full access to the Internet. Not much you can do when your nation's "Thought
Police" are in control of Internet access; other than to learn about open
proxies. I don't know much about the latter. Only one site (that I know of)
is not reachable from here; but it isn't so important that I need to get
around the block. In any case, I suspect I'd need a proxy in Japan to reach
that site.
