Website address problems

Hello,
Whenever I type an address into the address bar ie:
www.google.com, explorer loads
http://smartsearch.ws/Debt+Management.html instead of
google.com. This happens with any website address and the
only way to overcome this is to type in http:// before
hand.

Help.
