WEbservice question

First question is, what would be the best newsgroup to post a question about
webservices?

Second, in case anyone here knows. I"ll ask here.

I have written a webservice and everything works perfectly on my test
machine. I am not ready to deploy to another test bed for other people to
test. However, I do not know what needs to be done in order to get the
service to run on the other machine. i know there is a directive for
changing the namespace for the service, but I only see how to do this in
code.

So does this mean I need to write some crazy method to determine the name of
the current webserver to update this in code or is there some better method
to do this? Surely its simple as this would be a normal process.

Why do I not see that group listed under their newserver?

I don't know how to open it as its not showing up as a group to enter.
