webpage dialog unexspected error

When opening up my desktop i am getting a pop up which says Webpage Dialog Unexspected Error.
and then a few minutes later another pop up saying
Internet Explorer Script Error then after another few minutes another pop up saying BT Broadband Desktop Help.
Can you advise how a how i remedy this problem please.

Usually such errors as that come from the web site, not anything the
accessing computer can control.
Are ALL web sites, regardless of which domain you visit doing that,
or just one site?
