webclient program not working

I dont no whats wrong but any automatic update for
windows will not work because it tells me in service
webclient is stopping cant do any thing its lock out.
can anyone help.
 
Hi Shawn,
Can you get back here with the exact error that shows up, i.e. LSASS? Also
make a note as to about how long after you boot that it takes place.

there is no error it just tells me in services that
webclient is stopping and i cant do anything to make it
work . I can manually update and i also notice that if i
kog on as admistrator its ok what can i do.

Any error message in the event log at about the time when the
WebClient stalls, i.e. presumably shortly after booting?
