webcheck.dll error message

Keep getting webcheck.dll error message. I have two versions of this
dll. One in win/sys ver. 4.72.3110.0 and the other in win/vcm ver.
6.00.2800.1106. I am running win982nd.ed and IE6.
Should I delete one of the webcheck.dll's or should I uninstall IE6 and
reinstall IE5? Please advise.
I get these error messages every five minutes and I am not even using IE
or WE at the time. Just getting the errors while computer is idle.
Thanks for any advise and help at this time.
