Web Site text is not clear

Some text on some web site is very out of focus. Other site like:
www.etrade.com has all the text out of focus, it is legable but fuzzy

Try xp home page,downloads,desktop enhancements,download and install
"clear type".

It depends on how you are accessing the Internet. If you use dialup with
an "accelerator" (AOL and Earthlink use one, for ex.) then try turning
off the accelerator. The dialup "accelerators" give the illusion that
your connection is faster, which it isn't; the data is just compressed
and therefore smaller.

If this isn't the case, then perhaps the font the website is using isn't
good on your computer. You can set customized fonts; look in your
browser's options.
