web site re-directing it self. help please

Hi can anyone tell me how to get rid of a web site that
keep on opening with you opening it. For example,
HOmeoff1.com, if i click on a link on that site it will
automatically go to amazon.com which im finding it hard
to get it off my system.

Can someone help

1. Make sure you set your start page to what you want.
2. Delete your cookies because there may be one that is re-directing you to
where it wants.
