web page security for downloadable products

I am a novice at web design and html and here's what I want to do and
I need a bit a guidance doing it:
I am creating a website using frontpage 2002 and have ebooks I want to
offer as downloads. I will be using Paypal to receive payments.

I would like to secure my download page (ebook) so it can't be
revisted by the purchaser or anyone else for that matter without first
going through Paypal's check-out system. I also would like the url of
the ebook hidden as well. Is there a low cost or free solution for
this?

Not possible w/ Paypal

You need to get a merchant account that allows software downloadable to be controlled by the merchant account (ecommerce provider)

it generates an email with an encrypted link that is good for only so many

It's very reasonable in price and easy to set up and use.
