Web Page Messed Up in Netscape, Firefox

Hi -
I have been working on my cascading menu, which works great now...but when I
view my web page in Netscape or Firefox, the tables are really messed up.
They look fine in Explorer. Not sure what I did, as I have been trying to
clean up the code. I would appreciate any help. The address is:

I get the same in Firefox 2.0.0.2 and in IE 7 I get no text on your dropdown
menus, but they do drop down if you hover over the blank spots where the
menu titles should be. I get a "Done but with errors on the page" message
in my status bar in IE 7.

Netscape 8.0:
"Display like Firefox" mode displays it messed up
"Display like Internet Explorer" displays it normally (except for the
missing menu titles).

Thanks for your help Andrew & David. I re-added the Body tag and I think I
fixed the menu problem. Still having major problems with my tables. Any idea
what could be the cause at this point?

I would suggest that table widths be changed to percentages, not absolute
numbers.
