Web Page as body of email

Hope I am in the right NG for this question.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with an Exchange Server. I want to
send an web page by email, but I want the web page to
appear as the body of the email. How do I do that?

Cut and paste works, or, in IE, choosing Mail>Send Page works.

From IE: File | Send Page by Email. Can give mixed results depending on the
page you send and the location and accessibility to graphics.
