| i have windows Xp 2002 service pack 2 home edition. when i sign onto the
| internet, the home web page won't load. Netzero says i am online, but no

| page. i have reset internet explorer to default levels, checked the modem
| (working), I have uninstalled & reinstalled netzero, but nothing seems to
