web games crash

While playing internet downloaded games after a while
the computer crashes, asking to send error message and
after doing so, error message reports to update driver
for Lucent Win Modem. When I transfer to this update
site, I can't locate the Lucent Win Modem driver update.
Please help? What am I looking for?
