web browser on toolbar

Whenever I move from a form to a table...or even to Excel
The Web browser opens on my toolbar which is very
annoying. From view I can select Toolbars and deselect
Web, but it reselects itself the next time it is opened.
Any ideas how to "shut it off"? Thanks!

The web browser usually shows up if you have a hyperlink that can get
clicked.
