Weak colors after replacing black toner on Samsung CLP 500

After I replaced the black-toner cartridge on my Samsung CLP 500 then the
prints have had weak colors .. i.e. black is grey and the the colored areas
are weak and have white dots. Any idea what I did wrong ?

Does the toner cartridge have a seal, and did you remove it. Sorry if that is
too obvious, seen it more times than I care to remember.

No worries.

The thing is that also the colors blue green red are weak now. Eventhough I
only replaced the black cartridge.
