WD-wount update for 18 days

I cant get past 1.14.1353.2..I think ive tryed about everything in the book!
aside from uninstalling the program.ive had the bata2 for some time now and
it seemd to work ok, in that it would eather update from about help or
windows update. Ive deleated Msiexec /x {A------; from the reg. as stated but
still nogo. When i update, Windows tells me the update was sucsesful but WD
says no change 18 days. and when i go back to windows update scan, it comes
up with the same update 1.14.something.7.WD UPDATE tells me all is right in
bean town.ive tryed on several occasions and still nogo.im runing Trend
antivirous and fireWall. ive tryed exiting both WD and fireWall before
updating still nogo. can anyone recommend somthing or should i uninstall and
start again. Thanks sorrie BATA2 PS could spybot serch and distroy be
holding it up?

At $1.00 per day wasted, that will be the cost of Windows Onecare Live anual
subscription for 3 PCs, including free Defender. But you will have to stop
and remove Trend Antivirus, Spybot, and Trend Firewall. If you want to keep
them, they will have to be stopped and disabled starting up when Windows
restarts.
If you decide on the latter, look for my next post next to yours, dated
