WD BEHAVIOR IS TOTALLY BETA!!!

I first installed this antispyware 2 months ago and it then detected Trojan
downloader ADAWARE nor SPYBOT nor SPYWAREBLASTER detected. Problem is the
instability, especially upon updating spyware signatures, it's 90-99%
unreliable, you have to take cross-roads and I even had to download a demo
version of "Your Uninstaller!2006" to force and completely uninstall WD
(otherwise the so called uninstall from ADD-REMOVE program is uneffective and
incomplete, even with the setup install .msi file) before reinstalling WD and
successfully updating the signature to the latest version. Mind you this is
very boring. Let's say frustrating. Coming from Microsoft, such a big and
serious company, you would expect far more weight in efficient working habit.
So let's hope someone there is listening, we need greatly to improve the
product!

Your email doesn't apparently imply your willingness to co-operate, it
implies a rant. Sure, the product needs improvement, but not in the form of
ranting.

I agree that we have some work to do on it :) We released a new build today
which you may want to try. If you are running into any signature issues with
the new build please let us know.
