WD 120JB vs. WD Enterprise 18310 SCSI

I friend of mine gave me a WD Enterprise 18310 (18.3 10K RPM Ultra 160M
SCSI) but I know almost nothing about SCSI. I was just wondering how does
this drive compare to my WD 120JB, is it much faster, is it worth me making
the scsi drive my OS drive and thus making my 120JB my storage drive. Also
he gave me two controller cards An Adaptec AHA-2940W and an Adaptec 19160,
which one should I use with the drive.
