Watermark in Excel

Hi
I know how to put a Confidential watermark in the Header and Footer section
in Word so that it appears on the printed page but does not affect the text
typed in - it's in the background. I would like to know if it is possible to
do this in Excel 2003. I can see from the Page Break Preview that Page 1 is
appearing so I would like something similar but to read Confidential.
