WATERMARK IN EXCEL 97 WORKSHEET

Help! Does anyone know how to insert a jpeg in the
background of an excel document? I am running through
windows 2000 in a 97 version of excel?

In the background? It will not print. Perhaps you can use WordArt or print
your jpg separately before printing the spreadsheet. Inserting a jpg in the
spreadsheet puts it in front of the cells, as you have probably discovered.
