Watching video on 2 monitors?

Anyone know why is it when I watch an mpg video with Cyberlink PowerDVD you
can only see it on one monitor, but when you drag it to the other there's no
picture? This does not do this with Windows Media Player as it works on
either monitor.

I have a Sapphire X1650 with duel dvi outs to 2 monitors.
