Warning, virus-like spyware

The site www.24web.nl contains spyware. I can't remove it, every time i
start my computer it returns again, even after deleting it's contents from
harddisk and cookies, and removal from registry. What can i do to
permanently remove this crap ? Adaware detects "MS-Connect, malware"
