Warning - "program trying to access e-mail addresses in my Outloo

Using Outlook 2002 with Word as email editor. PC is running Windows 2000;
also have a PDA (IPAC) running MS CE with ActiveSync, ver 3.1.
Everytime I start a new message, a warning popup about a program trying to
access e-mail addresses stored in Outlook shows up. I click yes and it goes
away until the next time I create a new message. If I revert to Rich Text as
text editor, I get no popups. Is there a way to permanently get rid of the
popup when I use Word as my Outlook Text Editor? Thanks in advance.

Do you have Acrobat installed? (The full, costly version, not the free
reader.)

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems has a list of
applications known to trigger the warning and known fixes.

I DO have Acrobat installed - but did NOT have the registry key for
LoadBehavior in the registry - so I manually created it and set it as
indicated... NOW it seems to work!!

I was NOT using Word as my editor tho...
I do have Franklin Planner software, v1.x - which touches Outlook...

ActiveSync 3.71 does not solve the problem.
