Are you so perfect as to invoke God's name, have you never ever made a
mistake? How many software companies can you name with perfect records?
Have MS not ever issued patches with bugs, name one perfect thing in
this world. And Symantec did work on the problem and informed it's
customers of the fix on their web site. Certainly this error/bug pales
in comparison to the security holes in the MS OS, witness the Blaster
outbreak last year, something all the security experts had warned MS
about long, long before the fact.

I know I for one made a mistake once... I thought I was wrong when
actually I was right... :)

I would dearly love to ban M$.
But in this case the poor response time
and lack of roll-back is my complaint.

A day without email meant a working day lost.
A day of my time is worth a lot to me.

Please address the right-click question.

If anybody else complains then I will. But if you're so smart then
figure it out yourself.
Why in God's name does it have to go checking certificates
whenever I simply try to right-click?

Nobody claimed that.
The other thing that always did irritate us was the
fact that NAV always insisted in telling you how
clever it had been catching each and every virus.
Fine but dont stop the computer each time.
Damned irritating. And if there *was* an option
to stop it doing so it was too counter-intuitive
for any of us to find. So that makes it pants
either way!

Damn, when are they ever going to come out with that perfect computer
that never breaks down?

I've been using Symantec AV for years and I find it is a good
product. One day of trouble out of 10 or whatever years I find is a good
track record. I don't know what the big deal is with this. We can
blame Micro$oft for all the viruses that are floating around and that
I get about 100 / week for. They all take time to download and cost me
money. Maybe you should switch to Linux if you're worried about things
costing you money.

My feelings exactly. This has lasted what ? A day ? You try making a
product as complex as SystemWorks and not having any probems ever. And
if you need some thing to compain about MS makes mistakes with their
mail client all the time bitch about.

MailWasher Pro solved that e-mail worm/virus problem for me. There may
be other programs that work just as well or better, but I'm just
saying you don't have to put up with it.
