Warning Message when sending emails

Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3 on a W2K Pro box with an Exchange 2000 server.
On one of my clients, I keep getting this warning message when I try to
create a new email or reply to one:

A PROGRAM IS TRYING TO ACCESS EMAIL ADDRESSES YOU HAVE STORED IN OUTLOOK.
DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THIS?

On all my clients except the one in question, I can just choose Yes and the
message doesn't appear again until Outlook is closed and reopened. On this
client, the message box keeps appearing even after selecting yes.
I ran a detect & repair but it didn't help. Before I reinstall Office XP,
is there another resolution besides the workaround to choose allow access for
10 minutes?

Thank you.
