Warn the user before saving a temp file created by Outlook

You receive a Word document as an attachment. You open it in Word, and as
you've selected "open" and not "save as", you're really just looking at a
temp file. You then spend HOURS making changes, and click 'save' when you're
done. Obviously, you've forgotton it was just a temp file. You click 'close',
Word is happy. It's only once you've closed Outlook and the temp file has
been deleted that you realise all your changes were lost.

The solution is for Word to warn the user before saving files in the
computer's temp folder. It effects all versions of Outlook, Outlook Express
and Office.

Or, having made this mistake once, you know not to open email attachments
directly.

That 'once' cost me several hours of work. And I'm a very experienced user -
people new to Office / Windows most likely wouldn't understand that it's a
temp file. Nor should they have to.
