Wants to reinstall Microsft Visio 2007

I just got a new computer with Office 2003 and Visio 2007.Everytime
I ask for new Email in outlook for all(three)of my accounts,the system
wants to RE-Install Visio. Any ideas? Thanks

the installation files are corrupt. let the installer finish and it should
end the problems for these two programs.
